Terms & Conditions

Initial Meeting

Please call Doggy Social for your first initial meeting with your family and pet in the comfort of your own home.

You will be required to fill in a Doggy Social form to make sure we have all the required details on your pets needs and special services they require for the safety of your family loved one.

Please ensure you have the following requirements ready on hand:

  • Veterinarian details
  • Emergency details
  • Pet allergies
  • Pet social habits
  • Dietary requirements and health issues
  • Keys cut to pick up your pet if you're not home





Keys:

Keys are not to be labelled with your name or address details for safety purposes and must not be left in hidden places

Deposits and Payments

Payments must be paid in cash within 7 days of walk, pet sitting, pet care or pet taxi service. A 15% fee is charged after the 8th day if overdue. This charge will continue to be charged each week until the account has been paid.

Deposits are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed upon.
50% Deposit is required at time of booking and full payment due within 7 days.

Insurance

It is the pet owner’s responsibility to ensure that adequate pet insurance is in place. Doggy Social will not be held responsible for any accident, loss or injury what so ever.

Illness or Injury

If the animal falls ill or is injured during the time it is under the care of Doggy Social, the carer will provide a high quality of care, all attempts will be made to contact the owner via emergency numbers. If the carer is of the opinion that the animal is in need of veterinary assistance the carer will consult your veterinarian in the first instance or another veterinarian should yours be unavailable. Doggy Social will not be held responsible for any costs incurred as a result of the services provided by any veterinarian. By booking a service with Doggy Social the pet owner agrees to pay any costs associated (including veterinarian and transport costs) with any illness or injury which occurred while the pet is under the care of Doggy Social.
